Jeep Gladiator (JT) – Starlink Mini Interior Mount

I designed this Starlink Mini mount for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator to keep the dish mounted inside the cabin, using the rear seat frame sport bars as the anchor point. I'm currently mounting it on the rear passenger side, but rear driver side plate available as well.

Since the Gladiator's hardtop is fiberglass, signal loss is minimal. The Starlink Mini works great from inside the cabin.

It seems to work great for Jeep Wranglers (JLU) as well!! Let me know if you try it on a JL.

The mount is made up of 2 main parts, plus a few smaller detail parts:

• jt-starlink-mount – The main mount that attaches directly to the Starlink Mini dish. Houses two M6 nuts press-fit into the part. Includes two locking clips (jt-starlink-mount-lock-l and jt-starlink-mount-lock-r) that press-fit into the mount, creating a self-locking mechanism based on the original Starlink mount design to securely hold the dish in place.
• jt-starlink-arm – The arm that connects the mount to the Jeep's rear sport bar frame. Attaches to jt-starlink-mount using two M6x30mm bolts passing through the arm into the press-fit nuts. The arm itself mounts to the sport bar frame using an M8x80mm Flat Head Hex Socket Cap Screw and a press-fit M8 nut. A custom washer (jt-arm-washer) is included to give the screw a better seating surface against the frame.

Hardware Required

• 2x M6x30mm Hex Socket Head Cap Screws + M6 Nuts (mount to arm)
• 1x M8x80mm Flat Head Hex Socket Cap Screw + M8 Nut (arm to jeep frame)

Assembly - Please refer to the images for a better understanding of how to assemble it.
Note: No need to remove the hardtop for installation. The arm slides on top of the sport bar with plenty of clearance to the roof, and the M8 locking screw is installed from underneath the frame.

1. Press-fit the two M6 nuts into jt-starlink-mount and the M8 nut into jt-starlink-arm.
2. Using the two M6x30mm screws, attach jt-starlink-arm to jt-starlink-mount.
3. Pass the M8x80mm screw through jt-arm-washer first, then through the sport bar frame hole, and secure with the press-fit M8 nut on the other side.

I'm using ABS for this, but PC or stronger material would also work. PETG may be okay but not tested. PLA not recommended.

Supports are required.

I've also designed an small wire clip to help route the Starlink cable around the jeep frame. Uses 3M tape on the back to stick it wherever you want to run the wire. I added the .stl only to the raw files, not to the main profile, I used PETG for the wire clips.
