Designed with a stylish knurled (crisscross) exterior texture, this cap not only hides unsightly hardware but also provides an excellent grip, allowing it to double as a convenient thumb-turn knob.

This model is fully parametric, meaning you can easily customize it to fit any hardware size by adjusting just four simple dimensions:

  • Nut Size (taille_ecrou): The width of the nut across the flats (the size of the hexagonal cutout).
  • Nut Thickness (epaisseur_ecrou): The height/thickness of the nut itself.
  • Screw Diameter (largeur_vis): The width/diameter of the exposed screw or bolt thread.
  • Screw Length (longueur_vis): The length of the screw thread protruding past the nut.

Whether you need to cover a tiny M3 nut on a 3D printer frame or a large M8 bolt on outdoor furniture, you can generate the exact size you need!
