Battletech Hex Map Starship Debris Engine Turbine

This damaged scrapyard engine turbine is a companion set piece for my larger Starship Debris Terrain Piece. It is meant to liven up your Battletech or similar scale hex map based RPG as a new objective, line of sight disruptor, or just a cool background detail.  

 

Designer's tip: I've added a filament change in the print profile at layer 13. Start with the terrain color of your choice and switch to silver or grey. It adds nice contrast to this piece (3 examples pictured). That said, this is probably the easiest paint work you could ask for if you print it in a metal color and hit the hexes with a base layer of Army or Citadel paint. 

 

Print this at .4mm without modifying the settings and it will come out great. No need to modify the profile settings. Yes those two tiny parts float… Yes your printer can handle it!
