140mm Pipe To 100mm Pipe Adaptors

Design

These items are made to connect 100mm flexible ventilation pipe to 140mm flexible air conditioning pipe with a clamp.

There are also two sizes available. The short variant has a 30mm section to clamp the pipe each end and the longer version a 50mm section.

The outer diameter of the 100mm end is 98.8mm. This is enough for me to easily fit flexible aluminium pipe on. The 140mm end is 135mm on the outside diameter, easy to slip on 140mm pipe but not too large.

I recommend the larger version as it is less likely the 140mm pipe will fall off onto the thinner section, hence it is easier to clamp.

Printing

These models are designed to be printed with the larger end on the print bed with no supports. I used PLA which worked fine.
