A customizable mounting bracket designed for wooden beams, posts, and structural timber. The model can be easily adjusted to fit different beam dimensions and mounting requirements, making it suitable for sheds, coops, pergolas, storage racks, workbenches, and other DIY projects.

Adjustable Parameters

• Support length – depth of the beam support section
• Hole diameter – mounting hole size
• Material width – wall and structural thickness

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.20 mm
• Walls/Perimeters: 4
• Infill: 30–50% Gyroid or Cubic
• Supports: Not Required
• Print orientation: Back plate flat on the build plate

For structural applications, PETG is strongly recommended due to its better toughness and weather resistance compared to PLA.
