Trash bag keeper clip for 5 gallon bucket

So growing up in construction we use five gallon buckets for everything, trash cans, tool boxes, coolers, material storage, (occasionally a makeshift toilet), & sometimes even for paint. We keep a bucket in our minivan as a trashcan, and it never fails when i go to empty it the bag has fallen into the bucket and there's some mystery fluid ( we have 7 & 5 year old children) all over the outside of the bag and inside of the bucket.
