OMW Hussar Light bar

This is a custom front LED light bar mount designed for the OMW Hussar electric skateboard.

The mount was designed for a wide OFFBONDAGE LED light bar and attaches to the existing front carry handle screw points.
It does not require drilling into the deck, truck mount, or truck.

Mounting concept

The bracket uses the same mounting points as the original front metal carry handle.
The handle stays in place, and the mount is installed using the existing left and right handle screw positions.

Depending on your print thickness and setup, you may need slightly longer screws than the original ones.

Important notes

This mount is designed specifically around my OMW Hussar front geometry and my OFFBONDAGE LED light bar.
Please check your lamp dimensions and screw spacing before printing.

For safety, use strong material and high infill. This part is mounted on an electric skateboard and may be exposed to vibration, impacts, and road conditions.

Recommended materials:

• PETG
• ASA
• ABS
• PA / Nylon
• Carbon fiber reinforced filament

PLA is not recommended for long-term outdoor use or high vibration applications.
