Empower Card – 3D Printed Business Card with Daily Motivation

This business card–sized 3D printed model features the empowering message: "The darkest hour has only sixty minutes". 

The text is raised for a tactile and inspiring finish. Compact, durable and perfect for daily reminders or sharing motivation in professional or personal exchanges. 
 

All measure only 85x55x0,6mm as standard business card. Text is flat not rise and smooth plate gives a shinny and smooth surface. Thickness is so small that gives a big flexibility even with generic PLA filament. 

Profile for 0,4mm and 0,2mm nozzle

First picture is a render and shows message only for this profile. Rest of picture are real and shows how will looks like after printing on 0,2mm and 0,4mm nozzle. 
Print has only 4 layers and 4 grams and profiles are optimized for best results.

Please pay attention for following tips:

• use smooth plate not textured.
• use glue is recommended
• best is to have black color as card body and white text. in this way will be sure not get any transparency
• best results are with 0,2mm nozzle but will be also more time consuming
• dry filament before 3d print if you want best results
