Description
Four PTFE tubes. Zero excuses for bad cable management.
Designed as part of my ongoing collection of practical Bambu Lab upgrades. Each model is conceived, printed, and endurance-tested on my own machines, refined through dozens of iterations to match the printer’s true mechanical behavior. Precision isn't assumed here, it’s verified layer by layer.

The A2L Toolhead Quad PTFE Tube Clip is designed for any setup using four PTFE tube, whether you run AMS Lite or Direct Feed, AMS, AMS 2 Pro or AMS HT in any combination.
AMS Lite Compatibility Note
If you use this clip together with the original PTFE tube and an AMS Lite, remove the front rubber sleeve that bundles the PTFE tubes together. This allows the PTFE tube to move freely and ensures proper operation of the Filament HUB Buffer.
Unlike simple slip on designs, this clip fully wraps around the toolhead cable and locks into place. No slipping, no sliding and no gradual migration over time. Once installed, it stays exactly where it belongs.
The PTFE tubes itself are intentionally not clamped. Instead, the clip provides a controlled guide that keeps the tubes neatly positioned while still allowing them to slide freely as needed.
That freedom of movement is important. The Filament HUB Buffer relies on the PTFE tubes being able to move and compensate for changing positions during printing. Restricting the tubes can interfere with that behavior.
Installation Note
This clip is intentionally designed with a very tight fit on the toolhead cable. That is not a manufacturing defect, it is exactly how the part is intended to function.
The force required to close the locking mechanism is the same force that allows the clip to firmly grip the cable. A loose clip would be easier to install, but it would also be more likely to shift during operation.
Depending on your filament, printer calibration and finger strength, you may find it difficult to fully close the clip by hand. If that happens, don't be afraid to use a pair of pliers to apply the final bit of pressure. I had to do the same during testing.
Installation takes only seconds. The PTFE tubes do not need to be disconnected or removed. Simply clip the model onto the cable and snap the tubes into place. No disassembly, no rerouting and no rethreading of the PTFE tubes required.
The result is cleaner routing, proper Filament HUB Buffer operation and a clip that stays exactly where you put it.
Note: PLA Basic Light Gray is an almost perfect match for the original Filament HUB Buffer color.
