This is a fully parametric collet design built for flexibility, precision, and easy customization directly inside Bambu Studio.
Whether you need a rigid clamp or a flexible grip, this model includes two optimized print profiles:
- PLA version → firm, precise hold
- TPU version → flexible, shock-absorbing grip

You can easily dial in the exact fit for your application by adjusting:
- Inner Diameter (ID) – perfect for shafts, rods, or tools
- Outer Diameter (OD) – overall size control
- Length – adjust grip surface area
- Collar Thickness – strength and compression tuning
- Collar Outer Diameter – flange size for retention or mounting
- Gap Thickness – controls clamping force and flexibility
