Comfee mobile AC two hose conversion

Two hose conversion mod for Comfee / Midea Mobile Air Conditioner.

Should work with newer 7000 BTU / 9000 BTU (v2.0 / v2.6) units that have both side and rear intakes with vertical ribs.

Mounts over the bottom rear/side intakes so it is possible to connect an outside air intake hose. This will increase the efficiency and allow for lower indoor temperature. The unit will no longer create a indoor vacuum that sucks hot outside air into the room.

 

It is one big piece, so it will need to be printed on A2L or H2 series printer.

 

UPDATE: I uploaded a parametric hose adapter ring/flange to fit any hose size.

There is also a profile for the original snap in hose. It needs six M3 screws for mounting. Warning, the taps break easily due to layer orientation so be careful when removing the hose. 

 

Work in progress, for now it needs to be held in place by tape, zip ties or straps. Will maybe add a screw mounting option later.
