Replace the factory rear cigarette lighter socket in your Volkswagen Passat B7 with a clean, dual USB fast-charging station for rear passengers.

This custom faceplate is designed to perfectly mount up to two SW3516/SW3518 USB modules enclosed in their dedicated cases.

🛠️ Hardware Required:

• Enclosures: 2x SW3518/SW3516 Enclosures (Required model, see link below).
• USB Chargers : 2x SW3518/SW3516 PCB Board (🔗Get Them AliExpress-Link)
• Inserts: 4x M3 L3 OD4.5 Heat-set inserts for securing the module cases to the plate (🔗Get Them AliExpress-Link)
• Screws: 4x Matching M3x4 CSK screws (🔗Get Them AliExpress-Link)

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings (Tested for Car Interiors):

• Material: PETG minimum (Highly recommended and tested! Avoid PLA entirely as it will warp and melt during hot summer days inside the vehicle). ABS/ASA can also be used if your printer supports it.
• Wall Loops: 2 perimeters (Tested and perfectly sufficient for daily use).
• Supports: No
