Description
A simple and efficient tray system for organizing 12GA rounds inside a standard M2A1 .50‑cal ammo can.
Capacity may vary depending on cartridge length and arrangement. The tray supports two primary loading directions, indicated by arrow markings. When filling a row, if there is not enough space to continue in the same orientation near the end, the remaining space can often be used by inserting one or more cartridges perpendicular to the original direction. This allows for more efficient use of available space and can increase the total number of rounds per tray.
An M2A1 .50‑cal ammo can fits up to 7 trays.
The trays are designed for easy handling. All but the top tray feature small integrated handles, making it quick to grab and remove them from the box. The top tray is handle-free to avoid interference with the lid. Since most ammo boxes have a raised or uneven base, a spacer is included to provide a stable platform for the bottom tray.
Printed in PETG, these trays are durable enough for regular use. If you plan to store ammo in a car trunk or in direct sunlight, ASA is recommended for improved heat resistance.
