Here is a modern design for a shower head.

The connection thread is 1/4 inch

Assembly:

The shower ring is mounted on the cone of the handle with a little glue. It is best to screw the threaded piece into the handle using a little adhesive.

Insert a standard seal to connect the handle to the hose.

UPDATE 25.5.25: I have now provided a printprofile that is suitable for caravans motorhomes or boats. This pressure profile has fewer holes so that it also works with less water pressure or a lower flow rate.
