I designed a hull washer in Fusion 360 and have been experimenting with different materials for optimal performance.
Initially, I tried PETG, but the results were not satisfactory. This time, I’m testing PA6-CF with 100% infill to see if it delivers better strength and durability.

Update so far if you don't overtight the torque bolt the pa6-cf hull washer hold up really good
