This is my 3 blade propeller which prints really nice in PETG with my supplied print profile.

 

Size: 145mm x 1.1

 

I did not sand or polish anything after the print. Print and go :)

 

NEW Test results AFTER applying epoxy to the blades:

 

Front Wing: Gong Curve XXL 1600cm²

Power: 650-700W only!!

Speed: 17-18 km/h

 

OLD Test results without epoxy/ sanding/ polish:

 

Front Wing: Gong Fluid L-T 1200cm²

Battery Current: 25 - 30 A @ 12S

RPM: 2400 - 2700

Speed: 21 - 25 km/h

 

The prop is responsive and not loud and fits directly on the motor shaft.
