I needed ~1050 watts of power to foil at 17km/h with my 1250cm² front wing and 80kg rider + board/ battery etc.

 

You can improve stiffness/ harden/ polish etc. the propeller further more as it is very thin, nut it will also work like it is. Printed in PETG.

I used a 40mm stainless steel rod with 3mm diameter for connection from propeller to motor.
