LML12B 200mm Linear Rail - 3D Print File

Some heat insert presses require the use of a linear rail. For the Minimalist Heat Insert Press designed by SNASA, it is essential to use the LML12B 200 mm Linear Rail. This 3D printed part is specifically crafted to substitute the LML12B 200 mm Linear Rail.

To ensure optimal rigidity and durability, print this component with a minimum of 20% infill.

Printing Settings:

• Infill: At least 20%
• Print Speed: Use standard speed settings to maintain print quality.
• Layer Resolution: 0.16 mm for optimal quality, ensuring that the parts fit together snugly and operate smoothly.
• Support: None

Once assembled, the components should slide freely without any hindrances.

NOTE: You're still going to need the M3x8 and M3x12 Screws to screw the rail to the arm and the holder to the rail. Nothing else changes, this part is simply replacing the LML12B for a 3D Printed part instead of the purchased one.
