Description

Keep your drinks and food cold while holding your favorite devices on the beach. This 3D printed cooler uses spray foam insulation that's injected into the cooler's inner walls. The foam expands and hardens, creating a highly effective barrier to keep the cold in. It's perfect for camping, picnics, and other outdoor activities.

Updates

*Integrated a phone or tablet stand with the lid and handle

*Added Locking lid using the handle.

*Tested 48hrs for leaks - passed!

Would recommend Bambu Lab Aero or PETG, maybe PLA would work as well since it will have insulation and ice in it!

BUILD DIRECTIONS

  • Slowly insert the snap fitting on the base of the cooler
  • PUSH FIRMLY UNTIL YOU HEAR A CLICK
  • Screw in the handle ( Super glue can be used to secure the nuts but not required )

SPRAY FOAM DIRECTIONS

  • 1 can of 12oz spray foam required ( Brand not important )
  • Use masking tape to cover up the bottom and some of the sides of the cooler. This will help with the clean up!

  • Insert the spray foam nozzle into the holes and slowly begin to fill the voids. Try and start as low as you can work your way back out of the hole. Be careful as the foam might look like its not filling it up but after some time the foam will expand. Try filling it half way and just wait about 5min for the foam to expand, then add small amounts as needed.
