Grand Piano (Music Box Bottom Winding Kit-K014)

This is my grand piano music box, which can be equipped with the music box mechanism from the hardware kit “Music Box Bottom Winding Kit-K014.” The required hardware components are listed in the Bill of Materials.

In my print profile, I have grouped the individual parts on different print plates and specified the recommended filament colors and layer heights in the description. For each part, I recommend using the following filaments:

• Keyboard – White Keys [Print Plate 1]:
  Bambu Lab PLA Basic White (10100) 
   
• String Frame, Pedal System, and Casters [Print Plate 2]:
  Bambu Lab PLA Metal Copper Brown Metallic (13800)
   
• Soundboard [Print Plate 3]:
  Bambu Lab PLA Matte Latte Brown (11800)
   
• Case, Frame, Legs, Lid, Keyboard (Black Keys) [Print Plates 4–8]:
  Bambu Lab PLA Basic Black (10101)
  
  Alternatively, for a higher gloss:
  Bambu Lab PETG HF (Black)

All parts can be printed with a layer height of 0.2 mm, though I recommend a layer height of 0.08 mm for the keyboard front panel for a finer finish.
