Description

Mesh Net Cup for use in Hydroponic grow systems.

 

Includes 2'', 4'', and 6'' diameter cup variants. Designed for use in Deep Water Culture (DWC) systems. Generous amounts of rounded holes allow for optimal root growth.

Use a matching diameter hole saw to cut holes in containers and suspend cups into nutrient water solution.

Cups should be filled with an appropriate hydroponics media. This cup is tested and working great with 8mm expanded clay pebbles.

 

Hole caps should be used when a grow cup is not present in a cut hole. Light will cause algae to grow in water if not covered.

 

I have tested this model with both PLA and PETG, works great for both. No need for supports with either material. Single wall thickness and 0% infill makes for a flexible but strong cup and low material usage.

 

2 inch cup recommended for small plants such as herbs.

4 inch cup recommended for leafy greens, lettuces, and peppers.

6 inch cup for heavier plants such as tomatoes.
