4L米桶干燥箱终极支架(4L dry box ultimate bracket)

4L米桶一体式支架，可能是4L米桶支架的最优解了。(市面上4L米桶有很多种，外观一样，但底部尺寸有差别，打印之前请对比实际尺寸避免浪费材料，可以放入切片软件用工具尺子测量模型，或者数格子。不同打印机旷量不同，轴塞不进或者塞不稳请自己微调缩放。米桶底部小的部分有的会很窄，请拉长中轴把桶撑开)

优点：无中轴，不缠料。可以装湿度计。可装至少250g分子筛。

因为米桶空间小，尺寸做得比较极限，尝试了无轴承设计但虚位不好控制，容易卡料盘(不同打印机预留旷量不同)。所以放弃无轴承方案。

需要另外购买轴承，型号尺寸：608ZZ-8*22*7

打印盖子需要支撑。建议用支撑拦截器拦截掉通气孔节省打印时间。

2024-7-17更新：

调整了所有零件尺寸。兼容天瑞的窄料盘和bing的超宽料盘。滚轮修改轴承安装方向。米家温度计卡扣外移。

滚轮轴承和轴必须是紧密配合，滚轮不可以歪斜，否则会卡料盘。

不按以上要求安装都会导致卡料盘。

Some small parts of the bottom of the rice bucket may be very narrow, please elongate the center axis to support the bucket.)

Advantages: No central axis, no wrapping material. A hygrometer can be installed. Can hold at least 250g of molecular sieve.

Due to the small space of the rice bucket and the limited size, we attempted a bearingless design, but the virtual position was difficult to control and it was easy for the tray to get stuck (different printers have different reserved margins). So give up the bearingless solution.

Additional bearings need to be purchased, model size: 608ZZ-8 * 22 * 7

Printing covers require support. Suggest using a support interceptor to intercept the ventilation holes and save printing time.

Adjusted the dimensions of all parts. Compatible with Tianrui's narrow tray and Bing's ultra wide tray. Modify the installation direction of the roller bearing. The buckle of the Mi thermometer has been moved outward.

The roller bearing and shaft must be tightly matched, and the roller cannot be skewed, otherwise it will jam the material tray.

Failure to install according to the above requirements will result in jamming of the material tray.
