Description
This is a bowden/ptfe tube passthrough for a dry box, which does not require any non-printed parts (including pneumatic fittings! - I created this because I was too lazy and frugal to buy a pneumatic fitting). This passthrough includes a holder for the end of a ptfe tube when that filament is not in use. Please note that there is a slot for filament to stick out of the ptfe tube in the ptfe tube holders, so please load the tube end with filament still sticking out of it.
I drilled the holes in my dry box for this passthrough using a 27/64" drill bit which worked decently. Any drill bit at least 10mm and less than about 12mm diameter should work fine.
Although not necessary, this model also includes a .step file for an o-ring which can be printed out of tpu (2 of them) to create a more airtight seal on your dry box.

Notes:
There are two models with tube holders included. I think the Male--Locking Adjustable Tube Holder works best (make sure if you use this model that you print two Female parts!). I also included a model without the tube holder for those who are interested.
The tapered nut ("Female") and the bolt threads will probably be a little stiff at first. If you screw these on and off a few times you should feel them loosen up and become smoother and easier to screw.
UPDATE 12/11/2024:
I experienced a failure of one of the bolts on my dry box on the threads. I edited the bolt file to improve the strength at the point of failure.
