Heavy Duty Toggle Latch

This original design of the heavy-duty toggle latch was designed to be used where more closing force is needed by substituting parts that would normally be weak points with steel bolts.

Latch arm length can be modified by using different-length bolts
Latch arm tension can be adjusted by moving the nut on the latch arm

2x M4 x 8mm Button Head Bolts
2x M4 x 12mm Button Head Bolt
1x M4 Socket Head Cap Bolt 25mm or Larger
2x Nylock M4 nuts
2x M4 nuts (Or 4 M4 Nuts With Loctite On Pivoting Parts)
6x Countersunk Mouning Screws
