This is V2 of my original side spool holder. After using it for quite some time I observed things which worked and which not. Based on this I prepared version 2.
IMPROVEMENTS V2:
Fit and finish. On some printers front side might not be flush hence I added support on the back to act as a lever and also changed 90° to 89°.
Bottom was sagging a bit due to weight of the spool, fit was improved to reduce this.
Removed PTFE tube connector, actually it is not needed at all, just extra part doing nothing. I had real dumb design of V1.
Connector is not needed and introduced PTFE tube track.
It also serves as nice handle to rotate printer if you need.
Improved fit to the AMS Lite spool holder
Optimization for printing
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
AMS Lite Spool holder (Green) from BambuLab store - link
PTFE tube, you should have plenty, but anyhow… link
4in1 PTFE tube - I integrated mount for it into the design. But strictly speaking you can skip it if you like - link
Assemble shaft for AMS Lite spool holder as shown below. Then slide in the AMS Lite spool holder.
Mount it with 3 bolts to the back.
Place there 4in1 PTFE tube bracket and screw it with 4th bolt.
Connect 4in1 PTFE Adapter to the PTFE tube and screw it to the spool holder.
Insert PTFE tube into the track and you are good to go.
