I optimized the cooling by directing as much cooling as possible to the nozzle.
Also the BL Touch on the Mini Satsana had to many problems so I added BelleNottelling's BL Touch mount to my design

(the printer in the photo is a hybrid of the ender 3 v2 and the ender 3)
