Scx24 wall mount

Update: I have verified that the remote that comes with the v1 electronics fits in the slot.

This is my take on a wall mount for the scx24. I wanted something that I could use to get my scx24 off the table and out of the way. I also wanted something that would hold the controller.

I created 2 variants of the wall mount with 2 mounting options. The first variant is a shelf that you can set your scx24 on top of and slide the remote into the opening below. The second variant allows for your scx24 to straddle the wall mount as to keep the tires from getting a flat spot - that's my hope :) Each of these variants has two options for mounting to the wall. There is a model with holes for screws as well as one that will rely on double sided tape to adhere. The pictures included are all using double sided tape.

Models were designed with the white JLU variant of the scx24 so it does have a different wheelbase as compared to other versions of the scx24. Also its using the blue esc with a different controller as compared to the v1 of the scx24. 

The dimensions of the shelf are 220mm wide x 120mm deep. The dimensions for the variant where the wheels hang is 75mm wide x 120mm deep. If you have a deadbolt or other variant of the scx24 I would opt for the version with a shelf.

I would highly recommend using the models with tabs as they have a stronger method to attach to the wall.
