Even more dice kit cards!

Presenting the “D6 dotted kitcard”, the kitcard for the person on the go who has the sudden need to roll them bones.

Be prepared for any random game of yahtee with this wallet sized D6 kit card.

This d6 measures approximately 14.5mm face to face and features a layout with the classic pips of which the opposite sides sum to 7.
The print profiles with frame have also been optimized to provide a clean and easy break between the pieces and the frame. Due to this it is recommended to let the buildplate cool off before removing the prints.

Assembly Instructions (no glue required):

1. Carefully remove each piece from the frame.

2. Gently bend the faces of the long piece inward and connect the ends.

3. Connect the 1-face aligned to the 2-face as shown below.

4. Flip and connect the 6-face aligned to the 5-face as shown below.

And there you have your new d6!

Options:

In the print profiles you will find the following options:

  • duo color with frame
  • single color with frame
  • duo color no frame
  • single color no frame

Materials:

All these were designed and printed with PLA.

Comments on previous kitcard dice have pointed out that PETG has good results as well, but ABS does not.

Additionally PETG doesn’t leave the fold lines you get with PLA.

This does require some further testing, so if anyone tries it with PETG or other materials, please leave a comment.

Upcoming:

Kitcards for the D4 is in the works.
