Update: This was one of my earlier designs. I’ve since released a V2 version with a number of improvements. See the newer version here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2240103-under-shelf-foil-rolled-kitchen-stuff-holder-v2#profileId-2438200

I've been on an organizing kick lately in my kitchen, and I ran across an under-shelf cling-wrap box holder. But, I didn't much care for it. It printed tall--very tall-- so it takes a bit longer, since printing along the z-axis is slower than along the x-y axis. Tall prints with narrow parts can get a bit shaky, and therefore messy, at the tops of the prints. And worst of all for my OCD, the storage spaces were all different sizes!

So I engineered (over-engineered? Possibly!) one from scratch. This prints in two parts, held together by triangular pegs. They're oriented so you can only put it together one way. The pegs are small and tight-fitting so make sure that your tolerances are dialed in. I used a drop of superglue at each connection, but things fit so tightly, I'm not even sure if that's necessary.

Holds 3 boxes of rolled kitchen product: Cling-wrap, wax paper, parchment, foil, whatever. As you can see from my photo, it'll hold small and medium sized boxes. Those monster rolls of 400 sq ft of cling wrap won't fit. Those boxes that have an integrated sliding cutter won't fit. You might be able to scale it. I haven't bothered.

Affixed to the bottom of a kitchen cabinet shelf with permanent double-sided foam mounting tape.

I accidentally left supports turned on in the 3MF, but they aren't necessary. Brims, however, are a must, at least for the small pegs.
