Description

A simple mold for quickly shaping fritters, patties, croquettes, and similar mixtures. It helps create well-shaped, uniform pieces that are less likely to fall apart during frying or baking. Suitable for rice, mashed potatoes, vegetables, cheese mixtures, minced meat, fish, and other patty-style recipes.

The set includes three sizes:
Ø60 × H18 mm flat mold
Ø50 × H24 mm flat mold
Ø34 mm ball mold

How to use

Place the mixture into the bottom mold, the part without the hole. Press down with the top part and twist slightly to compact and shape the fritter. Lift the top part, then gently tap to release the shaped fritter from the mold.
For sticky mixtures, lightly grease or wet the mold before each use. After shaping, coat the fritters with breadcrumbs or flour, dip them in beaten egg if desired, then fry or bake.

Printing

For a smoother surface and easier release, glossy PETG or silk PLA is recommended with a layer height of 0.1–0.15 mm.
The included 3MF file contains optimized seam placement, layer heights, and printing speeds for better surface quality.

Food-use note

Wash before first use. Because 3D-printed parts have layer lines, clean the mold carefully after use. Do not expose it to hot oil, open flame, or high temperatures.
