Hyper Tough Hyper Stack hook brace modular rail

Hyper tough's modular rail system, part of the Hyper Stack (hyperstack) line, has a built-in cleat and latch type system that is not secured firmly together.

The hooks are incredibly loose, so I have created a spacer with a minimalistic design to press fit into the back of the hook. When slid into place it creates a snugger fit depending on the tolerance of the cleat.

I have noticed on the 16" rail the ends are tighter while the center cleats have more play, so this was designed to be the Goldilocks as a happy medium.

These have a letter on the back denoting what system they are for, as the tolerances are very different depending on what you are attaching the hook to.

I used matte black PLA for a seamless look (light grey for photo purposes) but can be printed in different colors for a more custom setup or to easily categorize what tool goes on what hook!

Depending on your filament you can play around with layer height, .24 extra draft gave me a tight press fit while .16 fine was a more precise fit.
