Makita DC18SD charger wall mount

This is a remix of a simple mount for the newer Makita chargers, which I found excellent but not suitable for the older models. I have adapted the location of the pegs/plugs to align with the DC18SD feet.

As per the original instructions, just remove the four rubber feet and press the charger down onto the pegs on the mount, simple as that.
Can be mounted in all directions due to being press fit.

Reports of being a tight fit, might be due to using PETG instead of PLA.  Recommend PLA for this design.
