A gravity assisted No. 4 scalpel handle. 

Check local knife laws and regulations before adding a blade to the model.

I recommend printing the longer version and using either a #38 or #60* scalpel blade.

*Works with some #60 scalpels, it seems as though #60s vary by manufacturer
