I designed and printed small version of roulette wheel.
Filament used in photo:
- Bambu PLA red
- Bambu PLA black
- Bambu PLA Jade white
- Bambu PLA yellow
- Bambu PLA Bambu green
Printing tips:
- for numbers I recomend 0.2 nozzle, because numbers are prety small and finish product will be more beautiful
- if you dont have AMS for numbers, you just stop printing at layer 11, change color and continiue
- Ball is recomend to have bigger infill to gain some weight, so it does not bounces over the edge
assembly:
- When your wheel is printed, you need to remove support from hole in the bottom and insrent ball bearing. it will take some power as there is very little tolerance.
- You simply push the numbers into the slots all the way. That is necesery , otherwise wheel will not turn around smoothly. No need to use glue.
- now just put this asembly into bottom stand and you are redy to go
