Modern Glasses Case

A modern glasses case, witch features a satisfying clasp-mechanism.
 

The inner dimensions are roughly 140x50x40mm.

For the assembly you will need:

• 4x nail with a diameter of 1,4mm and a lenght of max. 25mm.
• 1x M3 threaded insert.
• 1x M3x8 countersunk screw
• (optional: felt mat that can be glued into the body and lid.)

Advice for printing:

• Print the TPU part for the clasp first.

• I added a pause in the clasp print. You have to insert the TPU part into the clasp and let the print continue.

   

• you can sand the layer-lines away from the angled area of the clasp, to enshure a smooth closing experience.
