我单位对讲机电池坏了，拆开是镍氢电池

就想把它改造成锂电池，但原电池壳放不下18650电池，那就三维建模电池壳3D打印一个，说干就干。

以上就是3D打印完工后的效果。需要的材料 18650电池两节， 两串锂电池充放电保护板（8.4V电流大于2A）1个， 8.4v充电器1个，5.5*2.1电源座一个，镍钢带一小节（做电池触点用）。如下图：

以上材料 在网上都能买上。剩下就是动手能力了。
