Dillon XL650 XL750 Case Feeder

ALL NEW TURBO PLATE FOR PISTOLS! - Download the turbo plate for this feeder and increase your capacity. In my testing, i went from 1,500 9mm cases in 15 minutes to 2,200. This will keep up with the Mark 7 Auto Drive and should keep up with roll sizers.

 

Model Notes

This is my remix of a Dillon Case Feeder for the Dillon XL650 and XL750.

 

I have tested this with 9mm, .38, .45 ACP, and .223/5.56 and all work fine.

 

This case feeder can hold up to 200 9mm cases at a time and been proven to be very reliable.

 

I can now run the feeder at full speed with 9mm cases!!! I've run about 10,000 9mm cases at full speed through the new funnel and have had no waterfalls. This is big! I've run about 2,000 .45 SCP cases at 75% speed and had no issues. I also ran about 2,000 .380 cases at full speed with no issues.

Model Updates

 

Update 1.20.26 – Updated the LED to 12v and removed the buck converter to make it easier to assemble. The drop tube has been updated to hold the 12v LED.

 

Update 1.7.26 - It's a new year and this is a big update! I made the base a single piece and improved the drop funnel for pistol cases. I can now run the feeder at full speed with 9mm cases!!! I've run about 10,000 9mm cases at full speed through the new funnel and have had no waterfalls. This is big! I've run about 2,000 .45 SCP cases at 75% speed and had no issues. If you've previously printed this model, then you want to print the new base, stand adapter, pistol & rifle funnels, and the funnel body to get updated to the latest and greatest. I hope you enjoy these updates.

 

 

Update 9.11.25 - Added a Drop Tube insert for pistol caliber cases. I have tested this with 9mm and .45 ACP and it seems to have reduced flipped and jammed cases. If you print this, please leave me feedback and let me know how it works for you.

 

 

Update 6.28.25 - Added the Case Feeder Drop Tube Wedge.stl to hold the LED from the photo sensor relay.

 

Update 2.4.2025 - I redesigned the drop tube and plates so I could run 6.5 Creedmoor through the Case Feeder.  If you already printed my older design, you'll want to print the following parts to upgrade to the latest.

You'll want to put a M3 brass insert into Case Feeder - Bowl V2 and use an M3 socket screw with washer to lock in the Case Feeder - Case Adapter.

 

I find that I get the best performance running the feeder at about 50%. It only needs to go as fast as you pull the handle on the press.
