The 3mf files can be changed to the settings of your liking. I printed mine on a smooth microtexture sheet and ironed it on the top (although I need to adjust my .2mm nozzle ironing settings). If you scale it up slightly, this might be possible with a .4 nozzle, but a .2 is really the way to go for the detail. Layer height doesn't matter too much.
