Simon’s Cat fridge magnets V3

2024.12.14 Upload settings for the A1mini 3D printer.

Each magnet slot is designed to be 10.05mm x 10.5mm x 3mm, optimized for the magnets I use and the tolerances of PLA on my printer. For those using a more transparent filament, I added a thin cover of 10mm x 10mm x 1mm to pair with 10mm x 10mm x 2mm magnets, effectively hiding the magnets for a cleaner look. These dimensions fit perfectly in my Bambu A1 printer and allow press-fitting the magnets without glue.

 

You can customize the size and quantity of the magnet slots by editing the magnet cutout subobjects to suit your needs. Those using opaque white filament can skip printing the added circular covers.

 

If you don't have AMS, you can manually switch filament at layer #21 (4.2mm).
