Description
We installed an air conditioning from Truma (Saphir confort) in our caravan. Therefore many hoses needed to be laid.
Behind our seating group the air should come up. Because it should mainly cool, we did not wanted the air to come out below the seat cushion.
So I made this model to put the nozzle behind the seats. I have two versions.
The simple one can be connected directly with the 60 mm cold air hose. If you use screws as you see in my pictures, you have to drill a hole first before you go in with the screw. Otherwise the plastic will break.
The second one can be installed directly to a Truma connector, as you see here:
The small snap fits cannot endure any inclination. They will break. So I put the two clamps onto the hoses there.
When removing the supports you have to be careful, too. Take a knife to separate the supports from the snappers:
My recommendation not to change the print profile. I needed many tries to make this work. Therefore, I used the little tester model that I left in the print profile. You can use it to check the connection to your part.
The dimensions can be found in the model pictures. If you need others feel free to ask me. That's not much effort.
