SCX24 - 1.3" Wheel Insert for Swamp Claw Tires

These are wheel/tire inserts for Injora 1.3" rims and Injora 1.3" Swamp Claw tires designed to be printed in TPU-87A.

I've used FlubRC SlymeBallz before on my 1.0" wheels and they're a great improvement over the stock foams when the rig starts to get heavier but i was never 100% satisfied with them so i've designed my own.

This is the 1.3" version of my 1.0" design with slight changes to fit the bigger rim/tyre combo with the same improvements over other soft aftermarket inserts.

These further improve sidehilling and side stability aswell as understeering. They have a two stage design with the first stage providing a nice squish over objects and edges while the second harder stage provides stability and predictabilty which is further improved by the symetric design.

The insert has an outer diameter of 61.5mm and a width of 20mm, the inner diameter is 36.5mm to have slight press fit on the Injora rims which have an outer ring diameter of 36.7mm.

These inserts were tested with the Injora's 1.3" Swamp Claw tires, i cant say much about fitment with other tires but taking Injora's tire list as reference from their inserts, they should probably fit all these tires:

I strongly suggest to print them in TPU-87A because the spoke design and the cutouts were designed to work and behave with this softness in mind, harder filaments are not flexible enough, I've tested them in TPU-91A which was already too hard for the inserts to work correct.

No brimm or support needed but you will get a lot of stringing because of the design.

Wall generator needs to be set to Arachne or it wont be able to slice the fine lines correct.

For reference, the Dementor in the picture weights about 650g with a 60/40 weight distribution.
