Designed for Gift Cards with these Dimensions: 

• Width: 85.60 mm (3.375 inches)
• Height: 53.98 mm (2.125 inches)
• Thickness: 0.76 mm (0.03 inches)

This model is not printed in one piece, instead it is printed in parts and has a very simple assembly process.

Simply push pegs into their respective slots to lock them in (some pressure may be required), no glue is required and model holds together strong for me.

 

Tolerances work well on my X1C but can't test other printers. Let me know please if you have any issues.

Also No AMS is Required. Default print profile prints by part instead of layer so more parts can be printed in one go, adjust settings as required.

 

Colours I used in this model are:

• Bambu Matte - Scarlet Red
• Bambu Matte - Jade White
• Bambu Matte - Lemon Yellow
• Bambu Matte - Charcoal
• Bambu PLA - Beige
