Barndoor for ceiling lamp

My new ceiling lamp has dazzled me, so I designed a snapfit barndoorset to get rid of it.

This design is for a circular shape with outer diameter of 79mm.

 

The door panels are printed vertically so that the joint has the greatest possible stability. 

you can lay them flat down, it will get the better surface, but the joint is likely to break.
