Description
This is a full size replication of the boltgun from the Warhammer games, the model is 50cm in length.
All the parts have been split in a way that removes the need for supports on almost all of the parts. All the parts have been carefully designed to fit together perfectly with no sanding or filing needed.

In my initial test print for these, I ran into issues with the top layer ironing. I was originally using a low infill percentage of 5% to save as much material as possible but this caused the ironing to come out very patchy due to the lack of inner support to hold up the top layer. I have since increased the infill to 8% and upped the top layers from 5 to 8. I have had good results with these settings on my P1S.
PLEASE NOTE, I have noticed ironing settings vary from printer to printer so please adjust the infill, top layer and ironing settings yourself if you are not confident with my print profile. It may also be a good idea to turn off ironing completely if you are not getting good top layer results. increasing the infill is always beneficial but with this being a chunky model, it will go through a lot of filament.
8% infill uses a little over 1kg of filament.
You can adjust the materials and colours in the print profile to your own preference but I would recommend using a material that isn't prone to warping at the corners on the print bed. I say this as a lot of the parts are split in half and warping would leave a visible gap when joining the two halves together. I personally used PLA for everything and had no issues from multiple prints.
