Hi :)
Finally i've uploaded it to MakerWorld, it will be much easier with the 3mf to print everything.
If you want to print it for HO you will need either a 0.2mm nozzle or enabling some slicer option to print the details that are too small for a 0.4mm nozzle.
Be aware that resizing for HO or 1:160 N scale will make the width of the integrated rails not to scale, nothing will be able to roll on it without customization.
The wood board i used was 1675mm x 600mm

4th row doors for the annex (right part of the main building when viewed rails side)

Gutters and pipe going down from gutters, some will have to be cut to length
