Customizable Tile Calendar with HueForge Frame

This 3D print profile lets you create a customizable frame and tile calendar designed to beautifully display interchangeable HueForge tiles or other small artwork up to 200 x 200 mm. Print Recommendations:

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS for durability.  Parts shown in pictures used Sunlu Black and White PLA
• Layer Height: 0.2mm for smooth results.
• Infill: 15% crosshatch is recommended for a sturdy frame and tiles.
• Supports: Minimal supports required for frame edges.  Supports needed are included in file already.
• Brim: (Optional if needed, already included in file and were used in parts shown in pictures) Use a raft or brim if printing larger sections to prevent warping.  
• Ironing on Day and Month Tiles: (Optional) Best quality surface is provided when using Ironing on Top Surfaces Setting and 30% flow.  Will increase print time significantly.
• Print Orientation: Use print orientations provided for best results.  Other print orientations may lead to parts not assembling and fitment issues.  If you do decide to try other print orientations, please share your success!

Assembly Tips:

• Print files in orientations and settings provided for best fitment.
• Use strong build plate adhesion to prevent defects from parts shifting while printing.  If you have strong adhesion you could potentially remove the brims, I printed successfully with and without.  If you are having issues, you may also need to slow down the print speeds because the calendar is stood on the edge and very tall.
• Optional: Paint or finish printed parts for a polished, professional look.
• Parts should slide together easily but if using a brim, you may need to use a blade to trim off the leftover pieces of the brim.  Easiest method I have found is to slide a tile from the opposite side of the brim face and push it through the brim end and to clear the brim out of the track and then break or trim it off.
