Description
I used to toss my wallet and other pocket items onto either our kitchen key rack or the nightstand beside my bed. However, after I started working on the farm, I began carrying more tools daily, including pliers, a knife, and a flashlight, as they often come in handy. While I had a spot on the key rack for these items, I wanted a more organized solution. I couldn’t find anything that perfectly suited my needs, but I liked a design I came across and decided to remix it to fit my requirements.
First, I didn’t need the key storage, as we already have a nice wooden shelf for that. I modified the design so it would sit on that shelf instead. I stretched it horizontally in both directions to accommodate my items and removed the slanted inlay on the side where I wanted to place my wallet. Additionally, I removed the screw holes but included a version with them intact in case someone else wants to mount it on the wall. If you do, I wouldn’t recommend putting anything too heavy on it.
It’s versatile enough to use on a desk, nightstand, countertop, or anywhere else you’d like. I’ve been using this organizer for over a year now, and it has worked perfectly for me. I decided to upload it in case anyone else finds it useful.
I hope you like it!
