print all pieces separately. the step file has a mason jar that does not need to be printed.

I saw a video by 3d Printing Academy and thought it was cool, but I didn't want to pay money to buy an STL, so I made one myself in onshape. this is v2 but the first one I made with pla and I lost the STL, so creating a new one without the flaws of the first. seemed a good idea. it will need a 3-6v geared motor to operate, but I found an old cord with a voltage of 9, so the rpm was higher, making airier icecream. plus if you make a chord to it, then it won't turn off mid-churn. the hex at the bottom makes it so there's less filament while strengthening it. I found that it was really easy to print and assemble. I just put a zip tie through the holes in the motor and of the little tabs on the motor arm, and attach the churn arm to the motor shaft. The 3d printer academy one has a clip for the arm, but a lot of jars are slightly different, so it seems easier to put on a paper clip to keep the arm closed.
if you have a 3d modeling software then this is highly customizable for your sized jars. the diameter of the arm is 15mm.

all the settings are normal. There is no need to change them. I found the base to be sturdy in the freezer and it did not wobble at all.
bearings used for this project: amazon
(ender 3 pro POM wheel bearings)
use petg for the base, because of freezing temperatures pla will become more brittle than usual.
