Magnetic 120mm Fan Bracket / Mount

Hello folks,

i designed this bracket to mount a 120mm pc fan to the side panel of my nr200 pc case. You can achive a more custom workflow based on your needs where screw mounts are not possible or available. Basically you can use it anywhere where magnets hold. 

This model includes three different versions for different magnet heights of 5mm magnets.

Model information/tolerance:

• 5.2mm hole size for 5mm magnets
• 0.25mm extra depth for the magnets (0.6mm nozzle profile)
• 0.20mm extra depth for the magnets (0.4mm nozzle profile)
• Thickness is 2.5mm and 2.8mm for the 5x2.00mm magnets

What you need:

• 5x1.0mm, 5x1.5mm, 5x2.0mm magnets
• Some countersunk screws (I used M2x10). Others may also work. Check the picture where you can see the screws.

Assembly:

• Add a dip of superglue into the hole
• Press the magnet into the hole until it's flush with the surface
