Antonov An-2 Kit Card

The Antonov An-2 is a legendary Soviet biplane, first flown in 1947 and designed by Oleg Antonov. Known for its ruggedness and versatility, the An-2 is capable of operating in extreme conditions, including remote, undeveloped airstrips. With its large wings and single engine, it can take off and land on very short runways, making it ideal for agricultural work, cargo transport, and even military missions. Despite its vintage design, the An-2 is still in use today, especially in regions with difficult terrain, due to its reliability and low operational costs.

There are two versions you can print, one with and one without a sprue. You can also print all parts seperatly. Happy printing!

Building Info

There are two prop versions you can choose, a curved and a straight one. Choose which one you prefer. When sticking the parts together, be careful, some parts are a bit fragile. If some connections sit too tight, carefully cut or file a bit of material away till it sits nicely.
